You can upload individual image files (PNG, JPG, WebP), ZIP archives or PDF files containing manga pages. For ZIP files, each filename must be unique across all directories and should have an integer filename to determine the page/reading order.
No, you are not charged credits for failed translation requests. While translation failures are rare, we only deduct credits when translations are successfully completed.
Per upload, you can process a maximum of 100MB, 600 pages, and all images must have an aspect ratio between 1:3 and 3:1 (not more extreme).
Make sure you're signed out from your machine, then go to sign in and click "forgot password". Follow the instructions and reset the password. After a password change you will be automatically logged out everywhere.
